    just plan it-Support is integrated into worldwide Boyum-Support

    With this blog we would like to inform you that jpi-Support is transitioning from the way previously operated by NETRONIC to the “Zendesk system”, which is in alignment with the Boyum IT main support system. Boyum support is provided by a separate team with worldwide locations in Americas, Europe and APJ.

    This also includes a change to the chat box functionality previously offered within the jpi application. As of today, any support issues or new service requests must be submitted directly by you within the Zendesk system. Please follow the instructions outlined below so you can submit a ticket.

    1. Go to: https://support.boyum-it.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=22308786609693
    2. Choose, sign up and enter your name and email address (Only accepted email domains will have access). Then you will receive an email to set your password.

    3. After this you can use the following links:

      a) Create a support ticket: https://support.boyum-it.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=22308786609693

      b) List of previous created tickets: https://support.boyum-it.com/hc/en-us/requests

    Please note: Tickets must be provided in english language.

    If you are having issues connecting to the support system, then please write an email to helpdesk@boyum-it.com. The mail address is intended to provide help to get access to the support system but not to provide immediate support.
